Secondary Mathematics Teacher
Kaleena Carter has been a secondary mathematics teacher for ten years. She taught in her home state of Michigan and the San Francisco Unified school district in California before she began teaching internationally in South Korea. She holds an M.A in Fine Art and a B.A in Mathematics for Secondary Education and combines her passion for creativity with her drive for inspiring young makers to showcase their talents in her classrooms. She currently teaches AP Statistics, AP Calculus AB, and Algebra II with Trigonometry. As a lifelong learner, her interest in technology has led her to study towards an M.Ed. in Educational Technology. She has been teaching at Korea Kent Foreign School for six years.
