Ben has been in Korea for eighteen years, having worked at Korea International School and now Chadwick International as a Grade 5 ESOL and literacy specialist. He has been practicing mindfulness meditation personally for about six years and using these techniques in classrooms for the past five. He is currently trained in the Mindfulness in Schools Project's Paws b. and .b programs for K-12 students.
